Anti-Corruption & FCPA Group Chair Mark Mendelsohn will participate in a panel, “The Current State of Anti-Corruption Enforcement,” at the International Bar Association’s 21st Annual Anti-Corruption Conference. The session will cover various aspects of global anti-corruption efforts, including the latest guidelines and priorities set by the U.S. Department of Justice for enforcing the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the implications of these guidelines for U.S. economic interests, and practical impacts on international cooperation and enforcement.
Mark has also recently been appointed regional representative for North America on the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee. His panel will take place in Paris on June 25 at 9:45 a.m. CEST.
