Litigation partners Melinda Haag and Mark Mendelsohn participated in a panel, “The Emerging Cross-Border Enforcement Environment: Advances and Challenges for the DOJ, Corporations and Defense Counsel,” as part of the 2024 National Association of Former United States Attorneys (NAFUSA) conference. Melinda, who also serves as a NAFUSA director, moderated the discussion, and Mark was a panelist. The panel covered recent issues in cross-border enforcement, including cooperating and coordinating with foreign enforcement authorities, dealing with challenging regimes, and obtaining foreign evidence and discovery, among other topics.
The panel took place in Oklahoma City on September 26.
