Corporate partners Marco Masotti, Vicky Forrester and Jeremy Leggate will be featured participants in the IBA’s 23rd International Conference on Private Investment Funds. Marco will moderate a panel, “Interactive Industry Roundup,” where speakers will share their insights into the evolution of the private funds market and its potential future growth; Vicky will speak on a panel on “Key Developments in Private Funds, With an Emphasis on Buyout Funds,” with a focus on current hot-button negotiation points for GPs and LPs; and Jeremy Leggate will moderate “Trends in Platform Arrangements and Capital Aggregation,” a panel covering multi-fund and umbrella arrangements that sponsors are using to attract capital in a challenged environment.
The annual conference will take place in London from March 10-12. Jeremy’s panel will take place on March 10 at 3:45 p.m. GMT/10:45 a.m. ET, and Vicky’s panel will take place at 4:45 p.m. GMT/12:45 p.m. ET. Marco’s panel will take place on March 11 at 9 a.m. GMT.
