Marco Masotti and Udi Grofman to Participate in IBA’s International Conference on Private Investment Funds

Corporate partners Marco Masotti and Udi Grofman will participate in panel discussions at the International Bar Association’s 20th Annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds. Marco will moderate a panel, “Macro Political, Economic and Regulatory Trends and Their Impact on the Industry,” which will address how wider political, economic and regulatory trends are likely to shape the alternative investment funds industry and consider the threats and opportunities they present. Udi will speak on a panel, “Challenges in Management and Ownership of Asset Management Businesses,” which will focus on navigating economic ownership and governance discussions, succession issues, and promoting and ensuring diversity. The event will take place from March 10-12 in London.
