Lorin Reisner to Speak at ABA’s 2024 White Collar Crime Conference

Litigation partner Lorin Reisner will participate in panel discussions as part of the American Bar Association’s 2024 White Collar Crime conference.

Lorin will discuss the impact of two important mail/wire fraud cases that the U.S. Supreme Court decided last term, and how the Court’s approach to interpreting white collar criminal statutes affects federal fraud and corruption prosecutions going forward.

Lorin’s panel is set for March 7 at 2:45 p.m. PT.
