Lorin Reisner to Participate in Annual Securities Regulation Institute

Litigation partner Lorin Reisner will participate in the 46th annual Securities Regulation Institute, hosted by the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Lorin will chair a session on the “Defense Perspective on the SEC’s Enforcement Priorities,” focused on managing the ever-increasing impact of whistleblowers, current flavors of financial reporting investigations, and making effective presentations to the SEC staff, among other topics. The event will take place from January 28-30 in Coronado, California.
