Litigation partner Lorin Reisner will speak on a panel, “Managing SEC-Related Criminal Investigations and Prosecutions,” at the 2023 Securities Enforcement Forum. The forum is a unique, one-day conference that brings together current and former senior SEC officials, securities enforcement and white collar attorneys, in-house counsel and compliance executives, and other top professionals in the field to discuss the most pressing issues in securities enforcement. This year’s event will also feature keynote addresses by SEC Chair Gary Gensler and SEC Enforcement Director Gurbir Grewal.
The conference will take place virtually and in person in Washington, D.C., on October 25. Lorin’s panel will take place at 5:15 p.m. ET.
