Lorin Reisner and Richard Tarlowe to Speak at Sandpiper Conference on SEC and DOJ Enforcement

Litigation partners Lorin Reisner and Richard Tarlowe will speak at the Third Annual Hot Trends in SEC and DOJ Enforcement and Litigation Conference, hosted by Sandpiper Partners LLC. The conference will focus on regulatory developments and trends, including more aggressive and proactive regulatory oversight, escalated enforcement, new initiatives in antitrust and competition, cybersecurity disclosure and enforcement, and special purpose acquisition companies (SPACS), among others.

The conference, co-sponsored by Paul, Weiss, will be held virtually on November 17 at 9 a.m. ET.
