Litigation partner Liza Velazquez will participate in a panel, “Managing the Key Stage of the Case: Seeking or Defending Against TROs and Preliminary Injunctions,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s Noncompetes and Restrictive Covenants 2025 program. The panel will explore advanced strategies for moving for a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction related to an employee restrictive covenant, discussing perspectives from outside and in-house counsel on evaluating whether to sue a former employee or competitor; considerations for using forensic reviews; and options for appealing a TRO or preliminary injunction order; among other topics.
