Liza Velazquez to Co-Moderate Sandpiper Partners Trade Secrets Protection, Enforcement and Litigation Conference

Litigation partner Liza Velazquez will co-moderate the Fifth Annual Trade Secrets Protection, Enforcement and Litigation Conference hosted by Sandpiper Partners LLC. The conference will focus on current developments, trends and challenges in trade secrets protection, including the Defend Trade Secrets Act, the risks posed by a remote workforce, restrictive covenants and non-competes, as well as DOJ and SEC cybercrime initiatives in connection with recent trade secret theft prosecutions, among others.

The conference, co-sponsored by Paul, Weiss, will be held virtually on October 5 at 9 a.m. ET.
