Liza Velazquez to Co-Moderate 2024 Sandpiper Partners Trade Secrets Protection, Enforcement and Litigation Conference

Litigation partner Liza Velazquez will co-moderate the 2024 Hot Topics in Trade Secrets Protection, Enforcement and Litigation Conference hosted by Sandpiper Partners LLC. The conference will focus on recent developments, trends and challenges in trade secrets protection, including government priorities in enforcement, the use of AI in discovery, the interplay between cybersecurity and trade secrets, new damages theories, the risks posed by a remote workforce and departing employees, restrictions on enforcement of employee non-solicitation and non-compete agreements, and key takeaways from recent notable decisions, among other topics.
