Private funds partners Lindsey Wiersma and Vicky Forrester participated in Practising Law Institute’s 24th Annual Private Equity Forum. Lindsey, who is also a co-chair of the forum, delivered opening remarks and moderated a panel on “Tools for Private Equity Funds in a Slowing Economy,” which covered the challenges and best practices for fundraising and operations in the current market environment, among other topics. Vicky spoke on “Fund Terms and Investor Relations for Lawyers,” which addressed the evolving market for private equity terms, investor relations issues and the difficulties of fundraising in the current market environment, among other topics.
