Digital Technology Group Co-Chair Katherine Forrest participated in a Bloomberg Law webinar, “Judicial Standing Orders: AI to Z,” on February 28. The panel of current and former federal judges examined the role and nuances of judicial standing orders, which set rules and procedures for court matters, and whether they are well suited to regulate the use of artificial intelligence and future technologies in federal district courts.
