Digital Technology Group Chair Katherine Forrest delivered the keynote speech at the invitation-only Chilean Judiciary and Main Association of Judges Seminar in Punta Arenas, Chile, on April 11, focusing on AI technology and its impact on justice. She presented her insights on artificial intelligence and its legal implications to an audience of Chile’s leading judges, law professors and members of the legal community.
On April 9, Katherine engaged in informal one-on-one discussions on AI, ethics and justice with the President of the Supreme Court of Chile and the President of the Court of Appeals of Santiago; and gave a lecture on justice and AI to students at leading law school Universidad Adolfo Ibañez in Santiago.
