Kannon Shanmugam to Speak at NYC Bar’s CLE Program

Litigation partner Kannon Shanmugam will speak at the New York City Bar’s CLE program, “Supreme Court — A Year in Review, 2018 Term.” Kannon's talk, “Government Structure/Separation of Powers/Business,” will focus on a few of the Court’s most consequential decisions, including Frank v. Gaos, Kisor v. Wilkie, Apple v. Pepper, Lamps Plus v. Varela and Lorenzo v. SEC. The event will take place on July 17 in New York City.
