Joseph Bial to Participate in Joint Seminar

Litigation partner Joseph Bial, together with lawyers from Slaughter and May, will present a seminar on “M&A in the Age of Protectionism: Antitrust and Foreign Investment Developments.” The group will discuss recent antitrust and foreign investment developments in the U.S., EU and Hong Kong. The event will take place on December 11 in Hong Kong.

Joseph Bial will deliver the same seminar at an event hosted by law firms JunHe LLP, Slaughter and May and Paul, Weiss in Beijing on December 12.
