Cybersecurity & Data Protection Practice Group Chair John Carlin will moderate a keynote discussion with James Silver, chief of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section at the 2026 Cybersecurity Docket Incident Response Forum. The discussion will explore how law enforcement can support victims of cybercrime in the aftermath of data breaches and other cyber incidents.
The event, which Paul, Weiss is co-sponsoring, will offer CLE credit and take place in Washington at the Mayflower Hotel on April 22; John’s keynote will start at 12:35 p.m. ET.
