John Carlin to Discuss Cyber Resiliency for Audit Committees in EY Webcast

Litigation partner John Carlin will participate in a webcast panel, “How audit committees can strengthen cyber resiliency, crisis preparedness and corporate governance,” hosted by Ernst & Young as part of its “Better Questions for Boards” webcast series. The panelists will discuss the current enforcement environment and emerging cybersecurity trends; how audit committees can prioritize limited resources to enhance cyber resiliency and mitigate impacts arising from cybercrime; compliance considerations; and how corporate boards can stay ahead of threats.
