John Carlin Discusses Cybersecurity as National Security at Incident Response Forum Europe

Litigation partner John Carlin participated in a discussion, “National Security Spotlight: The U.S. Perspective,” as part of Docket Events’ Incident Response Forum Europe 2022. John addressed recent cyber events faced by the current administration; the strategic shift in the U.S. and abroad in governmental responses to cyberattacks; the necessity of sharing information across the public-private divide in order to effectively prevent cyber terrorism and prevent further erosion of shared values among various nations; and what to expect in the U.S. national security and international cybersecurity spaces moving forward.

Incident Response Forum Europe is an annual conference that brings together hundreds of lawyers, consultants and other professionals around the world who have emerged as critical players during the aftermath of a data security incident.
