Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Co-Chair John Carlin participated in a panel, “Building a Cyber Public-Private Partnership,” at the Zywave Cyber Risk Insights Conference. John’s session discussed cybersecurity regulatory updates, offered a perspective on the prosecutorial and restitution process, and discussed how the public and private sectors can build a long-term partnership to counter global cyber threats.
