John Carlin and Harris Fischman to Moderate Discussion on Investigation Strategy at ALM General Counsel Conference

Investigations Practice Group Co-Chairs John Carlin and Harris Fischman will moderate a roundtable discussion, “Investigation Strategy Under Pressure: Making Critical Decisions When Time, Resources and Modern Security Considerations Collide,” at ALM’s annual General Counsel Conference East. The discussion will focus on the pressures general counsel face during high-stakes investigations and the ways in which cybersecurity incidents, supply chain vulnerabilities and international business relationships can escalate regulatory matters beyond traditional enforcement boundaries.

The conference, co-sponsored by Paul, Weiss, will take place in New York on November 10 and 11; and John and Harris’ session will start Nov. 10 at 2:30 pm ET.
