Jesse Solomon and Jeff Osterman to Speak at 2026 Life Sciences Law USA Conference

Antitrust partner Jesse Solomon and corporate partner Jeff Osterman will speak at Life Sciences Law USA’s annual conference. As chair of the conference, Jesse will deliver opening remarks. Jeff will speak on a panel, “The Life Sciences Landscape in 2026,” which will explore federal and state policy and regulatory developments affecting the life sciences industry. Jesse will also speak on a panel, “Navigating Life Sciences M&A: Aligning Deal-Making, Law and Regulatory Strategy,” exploring deal trends in life sciences, antitrust considerations and practical strategies for navigating the current M&A landscape.

The conference will take place in Boston on October 20. Jesse will deliver opening remarks at 9 a.m. ET. Jeff’s panel will begin at 9:40 a.m. ET, and Jesse’s panel will begin at 12:25 p.m. ET.
