Jeannie Rhee to Participate in NYU Law’s Next Wave of Corporate Enforcement Conference

Litigation partner Jeannie Rhee will participate in a panel, “DOJ’s Enforcement Focus on Cybersecurity Deficiencies of Federal Contractors,” as part of the NYU Law Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement’s The Next Wave of Corporate Enforcement conference. Alongside business, legal and government leaders, Jeannie will offer guidance and clarity on key issues for enforcement agencies, how to avoid becoming the target of civil or criminal enforcement actions in these areas, and how to navigate new policies and comply with new disclosure rules.

The panel will be held on November 5 at 10 a.m. ET.
