Executive compensation partner Jean McLoughlin participated in a panel discussion as part of Practising Law Institute’s Cool Compensation Considerations for the Private Company 2024 program. Jean’s panel, “Point and Counterpoint: Negotiating Executive Agreements in the Private Company Space,” discussed tax, securities, corporate law and other economic and business deal drivers associated with negotiating private company executive agreements.
