Jaren Janghorbani to Present on Enforcing Corporate Agreements at PLI Program

Litigation partner Jaren Janghorbani will be presenting at the Practicing Law Institute’s Drafting and Negotiating Corporate Agreements 2020 program. In her seminar, “When the Deal Goes Wrong: Enforcing Corporate Agreements and the Importance of Boilerplate,” Jaren will discuss anticipating disputes and breaches, choosing between litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and enforcing agreements in foreign jurisdictions, among other issues. The event will take place on January 15 in New York City.
