Litigation counsel Jared Nagley will participate in a panel, "Health Care Antitrust Enforcement in the Biden Administration: A New Frontier?” as part of the American Health Law Association’s Physicians and Hospitals Law Institute Conference. The panel will discuss the current health care antitrust enforcement landscape under the Biden administration; key antitrust issues facing hospitals and physicians; how recent developments at the FTC and DOJ are impacting the health care industry; and antitrust issues associated with transactions and multi-provider networks, among other topics.
