Jacqui Rubin to Discuss Responding to Complaints at PLI Pretrial Practice Event

Litigation partner Jacqueline Rubin will participate in a panel, “Responding to a Complaint,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s Pretrial Practice 2024 program. The panel will cover issues to consider when responding to a complaint, including collecting relevant documentary evidence, complying with federal rules on evidence preservation, making initial contact with the opposition, drafting an answer and filing a motion to dismiss, among other topics.
