Jacqueline Rubin to Speak at Practising Law Institute’s Pretrial Practice Program

Litigation partner Jacqueline Rubin will participate in a panel, “Responding to a Complaint,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s Pretrial Practice 2021 program. Jacqueline will discuss how to collect relevant evidence, consider counterclaims and file a motion to dismiss, among other topics.
