Antitrust partner Henrik Morch will participate in a panel, “Exploring Developments in State Aid Challenges for Europe,” as a part of ThoughtLeaders4 Competition’s Nordic Competition Law Summit. Henrik’s panel will discuss the role of state aid in Europe’s green transition and the latest developments in the enforcement of the Foreign Subsidies Regulation.
