Harris Fischman to Participate in PLI Panel on Insider Trading

Litigation partner Harris Fischman will participate in a panel, “Advising Clients with Insider Trading Issues,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s Insider Trading Law 2021 program. The panelists will discuss critical insider trading issues and practical concerns, recent legal developments that may affect legal advice, developing an effective insider trading compliance program, and avoiding pitfalls when representing clients in government investigations.
