Litigation partner Harris Fischman will participate in a webinar, “Whistleblower Law Update: Focus on the SEC, False Claims Act, and Other Key Developments,” hosted by the Federal Bar Council. SEC Whistleblower Office Chief N. Creola Kelly, Li Yu of DiCello Levitt and Stephen Warnke of Ropes & Gray will join Harris on the panel, which will be moderated by U.S. District Judge Eric Komitee of the Eastern District of New York.
The webinar, which offers CLE credit, will take place on February 28 at 5:30 p.m. ET.
