Litigation partner Geoff Chepiga will participate in a roundtable, “SPAC Litigation Trends,” hosted by Expert Webcast. Geoff and co-panelists will discuss structural, disclosure, regulatory and accounting considerations, as well as internal controls and corporate governance issues arising in SPAC transactions. They will also discuss potential conflicts and litigation risks, including SEC scrutiny and private lawsuits.
