Elizabeth Sacksteder to Participate in Conference on Measuring and Managing Litigation Risk

Litigation partner Elizabeth Sacksteder will speak on a panel at a conference titled “Evaluating Litigation Risk in the 21st Century,” sponsored by the University of Connecticut School of Law and the Insurance Law Center. Elizabeth's panel, “Current Methods: Perspectives From Law Firms, Finance, and Insurance,” will address methods currently used by legal practitioners and underwriters in insurance and finance to evaluate litigation risk. The event will take place on April 27 at the UConn Law School campus.
