Elizabeth Sacksteder Discusses the Commercial Division’s Capabilities and Advantages for Businesses and Practitioners in NYSBA Presentation

Litigation of counsel Liz Sacksteder, a member of the Commercial Division Advisory Council created by then-Chief Judge Lippman in 2013, was a panelist at a March 28 New York State Bar Association presentation to the Business Law section on “The Economic Benefits of the Commercial Division to the State of New York and to the Success of Your Law Practice.” Liz and other program faculty discussed the advantages of the Commercial Division for the fair and efficient resolution of commercial disputes; how the Commercial Division benefits the economy of New York State; and how practitioners can take advantage of the Commercial Division’s capabilities in their own practices and for the benefit of their clients, wherever they may be located.
