Litigation partner Daniel Reich, a member of the firm’s International Arbitration Group, will speak at Columbia Law School on a panel addressing the topic of “Arbitration and Outer Space,” as part of Columbia Arbitration Day 2025. The panel will discuss the effectiveness of international arbitration for space-related disputes, which often involve parties from different jurisdictions, touch on confidential technologies and are highly technical. It will cover the challenges and suitability of international arbitration in resolving space-related disputes compared to other modes of dispute resolution, among other topics.
The invitation-only panel will take place in New York City on January 30 at 4:20 p.m. ET.
