Daniel Levi to Speak at Mexican Bar Association Conference on Class Action Litigation

Litigation counsel Daniel Levi will participate in a conference focusing on class action litigation presented by the Mexican Bar Association. The event, which is taking place January 17 and 18 in Mexico City, will focus on Mexico’s developing class action practice and comparisons to U.S. class action litigation. Daniel will address the use of discovery in U.S. class actions. On January 16, Daniel will discuss the same topic on a panel at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, a prominent law school in Mexico City.
