Craig Benson to Participate in Webcast on Antitrust Laws in the U.S.

Litigation partner Craig Benson will participate in The Knowledge Group’s webcast, “Antitrust Laws in the United States: Framework, Trends and Regulatory Issues.” Craig will discuss consumer welfare, efficiencies and other factors relevant in U.S. merger reviews, the importance of “mavericks,” and recent Department of Justice actions and their implications for deal structures and remedies, among other topics. The webcast will take place on March 28 from 3 – 4:30 p.m.
