Christopher Boehning to Participate in Two Sedona Conference Programs

Litigation partner Christopher Boehning will moderate a Sedona Conference panel on the impact of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on cross-border transfers of data for the purpose of litigation or investigations. Chris will also speak on a panel at the 12th annual Sedona Conference Institute Program on E-Discovery. Chris’ panel is titled “Discovery of ESI From Apps, Personal Devices and the Internet of Things.”

The Sedona panel on GDPR will take place in Paul, Weiss’s N.Y. office on Thursday, February 22 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. The Sedona panel on ESI will take place from March 1-2 in Nashville.
