Tax partner Brian Krause will participate in a webinar, “A Global Minimum Tax Rate: a UK and U.S. Perspective,” hosted by UK-based law firm Macfarlanes. Brian will discuss the U.S. political dynamics and business impacts of implementing the recently announced Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) international tax reforms, including the proposed reallocation of taxing rights to market jurisdictions. Brian will be joined by Macfarlanes partners Ashley Greenbank and Gregory Price, Macfarlanes head of tax policy Rhiannon Kinghall Were, and Macfarlanes head of public policy David Gauke, a former Chief Secretary to the Treasury and Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor.
