International Tax Review named Paul, Weiss a winner in the Impact Deal of the Year category at its 2026 Americas Awards for its work advising Chevron Corporation on its $55 billion acquisition of Hess Corporation. The deal was led by corporate partners Kyle Seifried, Stan Richards and Scott Barshay, and included tax partners Brian Krause, Anne McGinnis, Tim Lowe and Cian O’Connor. The annual awards recognize achievements in the tax and transfer pricing community.
Winners were announced at a ceremony on October 29.
