Firm Chairman Brad Karp, litigation partners Ted Wells and Susanna Buergel will participate in a SIFMA C&L Virtual Forum, an event that gathers regulators, compliance professionals and industry leaders to discuss their perspectives on the current regulatory and enforcement environments.
Brad will speak on a panel titled “Civil Litigation Update: Securities Class Actions and other Major Civil Cases,” and Ted will speak on a panel titled, “Litigate or Settle? Current Considerations in Handling Enforcement Matters Against Firms and Individuals.”
The SIFMA C&L Virtual Forum, co-sponsored by Paul, Weiss, will be held on September 23-24.
