Litigation partner Alison Benedon will present a webinar, “Securities Class Certification Under Inflation-Maintenance Theory: Rebutting Price Impact,” hosted by Barbri. The webinar will discuss recent circuit court decisions on motions for class certification in inflation-maintenance cases and will analyze how those courts have interpreted the Supreme Court’s 2021 ruling in Goldman Sachs Group Inc. v. Arkansas Teacher Retirement Sys., in which Paul, Weiss represented Goldman Sachs.
