WTS International Acquires Meet Hospitality

Paul, Weiss advised WTS International, a global provider of hospitality and amenity services for commercial, residential and hotel properties and a portfolio company of private equity firm CI Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Meet Hospitality Services LLC. Meet Hospitality provides design and management services for meeting, conference and amenity centers in New York City. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
