Värde Partners Holds Final Close of Flagship Fund

Paul, Weiss advised longtime firm client Värde Partners, Inc. on its latest flagship fund, The Värde Fund XIII. The fund closed with approximately $2.5 billion in commitments, exceeding its initial $2 billion target and becoming the largest of Värde’s flagship funds. The fund will invest in a range of credit and credit-related assets globally across liquid traded credit, special situations, real estate and financial services.
