The Holt Group Acquired by SEKISUI HOUSE

Paul, Weiss advised The Holt Group in its sale to SEKISUI HOUSE US HOLDINGS, LLC, a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of SEKISUI HOUSE, LTD., Japan's largest homebuilder and leading diversified developer. Based in Vancouver, Washington, Holt is one of the largest private homebuilders and land developers in the Pacific Northwest, primarily serving the fast growing first-time and move-up homebuyer segments. The transaction provides Holt with the long-term financial strength and technology to accelerate its growth trajectory and better serve customers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
