Paul, Weiss advised SL Green Realty Corp., a fully integrated real estate investment trust and Manhattan’s largest office landlord, in a $370 million financing agreement with Aareal Capital Corporation. The senior mortgage facility will be used to refinance SL Green’s share in 100 Church Street, an office building at the intersection of Tribeca and the Financial District in Manhattan. Aareal Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aareal Bank, is acting as lead arranger, lender and agent for the financing.
