RidgeLake Partners Holds Final Close on $1.1 Billion GP Stakes Fund

Paul, Weiss advised RidgeLake Partners, a strategic partnership between Apogem Capital and OA Private Capital, on its final closing of a debut GP stakes fund with over $1.1 billion in total commitments. Ridgelake Partners is a dedicated platform that provides investors access to minority equity investments in private equity firms with approximately $1 to $10 billion of assets under managements. The platform consists of both the main fund and a related co-investment vehicle.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by Udi Grofman and included corporate partner Aaron Schlaphoff and counsel Jennifer Songer; and tax partner Robert Killip, of counsel David Mayo and counsel Patrick Karsnitz.
