Paul, Weiss advised Qualcomm Incorporated, one of the world’s leading wireless technology innovators, on its acquisition of Alphawave IP Group plc (known as Alphawave Semi), a London Stock Exchange-listed global leader in high-speed wired connectivity and computer technologies. The deal values Alphawave Semi at an enterprise value of approximately $2.4 billion and will further accelerate, and provide key assets for, Qualcomm’s expansion into data centers.
