Prime Clerk to Be Acquired by Duff & Phelps

Paul, Weiss is representing claims and noticing administrator Prime Clerk and shareholder The Carlyle Group in Prime Clerk’s acquisition by Duff & Phelps, the leading global valuation and corporate finance advisor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
