Paul, Weiss Advises Apollo on $12 Billion Direct Lending Platform

As widely reported, Paul, Weiss advised Apollo Global Management, Inc. in the formation of Apollo Strategic Origination Partners, a new direct lending origination platform expected to provide approximately $12 billion in financings over the next three years. The partnership is anchored by Mubadala Investment Company and certain permanent capital vehicles managed by Apollo.

The Paul, Weiss team includes corporate partners Matthew Goldstein and Marco Masotti and counsel David Levine and Philip Heimowitz.
